The Tooth Fairy's First Visit

Mike took me out for my birthday last week. We went to Disneyland and dinner at the Blue Bayou. It's amazing how much more fun Disneyland can be when you're not worried about kids. We had SO much fun. When we returned Grandma (who was home with the boys) told us about Luke's first tooth falling out. We missed it! She told us all about it, and best of all Luke wrote the tooth fairy a letter.

He safely put the letter in a ziploc bag.

He wisely taped the tooth to the letter with packaging tape. He wanted to make sure she got what she was coming for.

And he was very clear on what he was hoping for.

Fortunately he was very happy with the dollar the tooth fairy left him.

The new tooth is coming in well behind where the baby tooth was. Mommy and Daddy are hoping all the teeth come in like this, ending his under bite and hopefully making braces cheaper or even better, unnecessary.

The new morning smile of our happy kindergartner.

One down, 19 to go!

That letter is awesome and hilarious! Did you know I didn't need braces? Maybe there's hope.
