I was once corrected by a salon receptionist on the phone for using the word "armpits" instead of "underarms". Clearly she had never seen my armpits. "Pits" was what they were. But I must say after their services my armpits were a little more like underarms.

Along the same lines of armpits, I decided not to shave my legs until the Fat Salmon (swim race) next weekend. I'm a week into it and I'm not sure I can do it. I am regularly shaving my "underarms" though, in case you were worried. Mike will be glad when the race is over.
