I used quilter's cotton, and it was a little flimsy, the hand strap was just annoying. So I went back to JoAnn's and got heavy, and I mean heavy, interfacing. Now the strap stands up straight on it's own and the bag hold it shape very well. She's into poka dots lately, so that's what I used for the lining.
The pattern didn't call for all the pockets I put in it, but every girl needs a spot for her keys, her cell phone and her lip gloss and pens. Little Birdie Secrets gave a great tutorial for first time magnetic snap installers. I think I may just need one of these for myself. ( = Anyone else?
