Brother Love

As a family we went to Luke and Aaron's Open House night at their school. It was really fun to see all they are doing at school, say hi and thank you to the teachers, and munch on treats from the bake sale. Of coarse the boys were so proud of their work and their classrooms. It was so fun to be there with them.

One assignment Luke did was a leprechaun trap. He built a box with a ladder, bate and trap-lid to catch the leprechauns that came to his classroom on St. Patrick's Day. He LOVED this project. I thought it was interesting that Luke was the only one who colored his leprechaun with brown skin out of a very multi-cultural class.

Perhaps there's diversity even amoung the Leprechauns. ( =

Also, there were no leprechauns caught in the classroom. Those tricky, sneaky leprechauns escaped everyone's traps!
