Happy Birthday Luke

I can't believe he's 6. His blue eyes melted me from the start. A good day for him involves swim trunks, cupcakes and definitely trophies. This was a good day.

He's fortunately growing into his feet--getting a little scuffed up in the process.

He can swing a baseball bat like few little boys--totally focused and as hard as he can.
He loves his teammates.

He's a hunter and a fisherman. He loves a good chase and a challenge. If I were lost in the wilderness, I'd for sure want him along. He sees everything, can catch anything, and never gets lost. Critters beware when Luke is around.

I don't know many with as much money (all earned by himself) as he has. He's a project man, a hard worker and a smart spender. Pays his tithing with pride.

He got a boogie board for his birthday and has already taken it out twice. He can catch a wave, wipe-out, recover, and catch another one. He dreams of visiting his cousin Taylor (below) in Hawaii again. (so do I!)
