Metaphor
I love going to church. I love what I feel, the thoughts I have, the things I learn, the people I see, all of it is wonderful. My batteries recharge each week.
As I sat in church on Sunday, I thought about how carefully each of my children was chosen for my family. Each was born in a different place at a different time, under different circumstances. And each was deliberately placed in their own perfect spot. No two the same. Each beautiful and amazing in their own way.
It's as if Heavenly Father gathered them into a spectacular bouquet and delivered them special just for me. I gaze and marvel at my gorgeous bouquet, I breathe it in, cherish it and place it in the most prominent place in my life.
Saying thank you just isn't quite enough. I am too grateful for just a thanks.
