Today is cut-off/hem-up day. The day where all the little boy jeans with holes become shorts for Spring and Summer. It takes about an hour for me and it saves me about $100 in shorts for the boys.
I hope that if this ever becomes embarrassing to them it will be after they stop blowing the knees out of their pants.
What a gift my mom gave me when she taught me to sew. Such a lifetime blessing.
