Boy Was it Merry

Our white Christmas travels got off to a slow start. I was sick and snow stormy weather delayed our departure by 2 days. But we made it. And arrived in Provo at my sisters in time to squeeze in a little fun with her and new husband, the favorite Uncle Aaron. Owen is wondering why he doesn't get a cool uncle named after him, only Aaron is that lucky.

Luke knew just what to do with all the snow. (its much easier to take a picture of a snowman than a snow ball fight.) Thanks for letting us stay and for that amazing bubble bath in the new jetted soak tub!

After picking up Mike from the airport we ran a few errands and met up with 2 of Mike's brothers and families plus his parents for a Christmas Eve Tepanyaki dinner. Genius idea (no work and no mess!) and the boys LOVED it!

We spent Christmas Eve and morning at Mike's brother's house, Brent and Sharee, and with these cute cousins--all girls, except baby Mason. My boys had so much fun!

Some Christmas morning shots:

Later Christmas day we drove down to see Mike's other brother, John and his family. We went sledding for hours. The boys were in heaven! And of coarse more time with more cousins!

This was a sledding first for Owen. And probably Aaron's first time that he can remember.

Perhaps the happiest gift of this Christmas was the adoption of our new neice, Chloe. This little angel had her adoption finalized on December 23rd. We missed the courthouse, but made it in time for the blessing and sealing.

Another fabulous family meal at Doug and Emily's.

And more cousin fun!

Hope you had a Merry Christmas too!
