I'm getting excited about moving into our new house. I stalk the house. I take friends and family over to see it. I drive up and down the driveway. The neighbors probably think I'm a weirdo, but I'm doing some visualizations of where things will go and what it will all look like when I'm done with it. It's very exciting.
Perhaps the best part of the house is the location. It's the last house house on a cul de sac and the street is single loaded, which means there's only houses on one side. It's super low traffic and quiet, plus a whole side of the street with no houses--plenty of party parking for friends. It also backs up to a large open field that is privately owned, but not occupied or developed. Many of our neighbors have horses, it's a nice quiet rural feeling neighborhood.
This is why Mike loves it.

Award Winning Elementary school: 1.1 miles
fast food playland: 0.5 miles
grocery store: 0.5 miles
Disneyland (we are so getting annual passes): 11.3 miles
Favorite beach: 22 miles
My favorite & most goreous temple yet: 21.2 miles
In-n-Out Burger: 3.7 miles
So if there's ever a reason to leave our 1/2 acre on the cul de sac, we don't have far to go.

Sounds DREAMY! We are so coming out within the next few years and hitting up Disneyland with you (if you don't mind showing us around the greatest place on Earth since I'm sure you'll know it like the back of your hand ;)
I'm completely jealous. Although I live in Texas...I am forever a Southern Californian Girl! And you absolutely have to do the annual passes. We are complete Disney fans! Enjoy! Hopefully we'll get to see pictures of your house soon :)

That is the greatest news of the day! Wow, it sounds so awesome! I can't wait to visit! Everyone thinks we are the biggest commies because we haven't taken Ellie to Disney Land, but we decided we will soon. My mom wants to take her to. We thought we'd have to stay in a hotel, but looks like we get to hit you guys up! That totally rocks! we will see you independently of Disney Land too of course:)
