After we got the boys ready for church, they sat and watched it fall which saved me from keeping them clean and out of trouble until it was time to go.
The snow is quiet, but you can still hear the noise of my house as I filmed this from the front deck, with the door closed.
In primary today they asked what everyone thought of the snow. One boy blurted out, "I was hoping we wouldn't have to go to church!" (Last week we just had sacrament due to snow and ice.) His mom was there, she was so embarrassed. But really everyone probably had that thought when they woke-up. Gotta love the kids.

I won't lie...I definitely hope for no church on snow days :)
Snow days were great in DC because with snow came sleet and ice...and the Church was usually over 10 minutes away by freeway...so..more often than not, even when there WAS church, most people didn't go...it was just too dangerous to risk sliding on the ice...no reason to increase the risk of doing insurance claims on a sunday ;) lol
I am not against going to Church by any means, but there is no reason to risk injury or accident by traveling through what might be dangerous roads...
Hey! That's snow-globe snow! I love that kind....I love when it comes down so slow, it looks like it's in a snow globe & the huge chunks of snow are even better! I kinda miss snow - we haven't had any for a really long time...
