We decided not to name her. We're waiting until we hear something positive from a social worker. It would just be too much of a heartbreaker if we named her and she left. She was supposed to be gone by now, but she's not. Still her status is that she will go. We will see.
This sounds sad and awkward not to name her, but it's really not. It's been kind of wonderful actually. Each of us has the oppertunity to give her a nickname we like. So I thought I'd share.
Owen: Sissy
Aaron: Twinkle Toes or "the baby"
Luke: Sweetie Pie
Mike: Baby Doll or Buggaboo
Me: Little Miss, Little Lady or lovingly, "the girl"
She's really little. She's smaller at 2 months than I was at birth. Seriously.
She is growing and she is super healthy, even the doctor says so. So don't worry, she's just petite.
And so yes, we still have her and love her. And it's pretty wonderful. More pics on the next post I promise.

Jess, I just spent some time catching up. Wow! A lot has been going on. That little baby is breathtaking. I'll pray for the best. Your boys are getting so big. Everyone looks very happy.
